Monty Raphael QC. With a renowned 50-year career at Peters & Peters, Monty is the UK’s most experienced white-collar crime lawyer, He was Senior Partner until 2005 and now remains with the firm as full-time Special Counsel. Specialising in corruption, tax delinquency, money laundering and FCA regulatory matters, he is widely regarded as the doyen of UK’s fraud lawyers (Legal 500 described him as an “industry legend” with “almost mythic status”). He is a visiting Professor of Law at Kingston University.

Professor James Driscoll is a solicitor, an author, an academic and a Judge. He has over 30 years’ experience in delivering seminars and training for solicitors, surveyors, housing managers and other property professionals. He has also held several academic positions in England and the USA. He is currently a Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Essex and Emeritus Professor of Property Law at London South Bank University.

Stephen Allinson, Chairman of The Insolvency Service Board. Stephen is a Solicitor and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has specialised in credit, debt and insolvency work since 1987. Prior to setting up his own consultancy, he was a Business Recovery and Insolvency partner at a major law firm. He now undertakes work as a Consultant for Shoosmiths LLP and pursues many other projects in the legal, insolvency and credit fields. Stephen was appointed Chairman of the Board of The Insolvency Service in January 2017. His latest book Enforcement of a Judgment was published by Sweet and Maxwell in January 2016.
